DC Dive Show Takes Place
September 26 and 27 in Crystal City
Diving consumer shows take place regularly across the USA, in cities such as New York, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles and Chicago. It has been decades, however, since a large-scale show of this kind took place in the Washington, DC area.
That changes this September with the arrival of the DC Dive Show at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City. This two-day event will feature exhibits by major manufacturers and dive resorts, as well as presentations by noted speakers such as Stan Waterman, Cathy Church, Berkley White, Phil Rudin and Ed Buckley.
You will want to bring a swim suit and towel, as there will be the opportunity to try a variety of equipment items at the Hyatt pool. There will also be a photo contest, with prices that include a week-long vacation in Wakatobi and a week aboard one of the Nekton liveaboards.
